When you book directly with an aircraft operator, they will naturally push their own 1 or 2 specific tail numbers — even if the aircraft is stationed 1,000 km away (meaning you pay heavy empty repositioning costs), or if another category is far more suitable for your runway length and passenger load.
KC Air operates with total independence. We own no aircraft and harbor no bias toward any single fleet. Our sole mission is to survey all DGCA-approved NSOP carriers in India, identify aircraft already positioned closest to your departure point, negotiate competitive rates, and enforce unyielding safety audits.

Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)
Every aircraft assigned to your mission holds a current ARC and follows strict DGCA CAR Section 2 Continuing Airworthiness maintenance standards.
Flight Crew & Pilot Duty Limitations (FDTL)
Pilots must meet mandatory DGCA recurrent simulator check schedules, valid Class-1 medicals, and strictly observed pre-flight breath analyser testing.
Comprehensive Aviation Liability Insurance
We require operators to maintain adequate Hull, Passenger Legal Liability, and Third-Party Risk Insurance compliant with the Carriage by Air Act, 1972.
Airport & Security Manifest Compliance
Passenger manifests are filed accurately with CISF, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), and local ATC authorities for seamless ramp clearances.
Operational Backup Contingency
Because we broker across the entire nationwide fleet, if an aircraft experiences a technical snag (AOG), we can rapidly source alternate aircraft.
